It was expected and everyone except for Barney Frank was saying it and now a report from his office proves that the discussions on the bill will be postponed. Congressman Barney Frank presented the bill headed on the Internet Gambling Regulation Consumer Protection & Enforcement Act, in early May. In a discussion earlier this week Barney Frank had confirmed that the bill would be passed through the House Financial Services Committee and will be put before the House of Representatives later this year and he assured to get it done. The 40th Annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event has completed its round of ‘Day Ones’ with some prominent players being eliminated, with a very memorable entrance and a rather large disagreement. Among the earlier Main Event champions this year and the ones who will not be repeating their previously great performances are: Huck S (1996 champ), Jerry Y (2007 champ), Tom M (1983 champ) and Jamie G (2006 champ) and with the other notable poker players who will not see ‘Day Two’ include Jeff M, Allen C (2005 champ) and Daniel N (2004 champ).
